Commercial LGR dehumidifier
LGR (low-grain refrigerant) units keep pulling water out of the air even as a space gets drier, so jobs finish faster than with a standard dehumidifier.
An automatic condensate pump sends water through a 19.6 ft drain hose to a sink, floor drain, or outside, and can push it up to 14.7 ft high. It runs around the clock without anyone checking on it.
Standard outlet
Plugs into a regular 115V outlet and draws just 5.6 amps.
Quiet operation
58 dB max, about the level of a normal conversation.
Easy to place
58 lbs, about 23" × 14" × 17". Fits through doorways and elevators.

Where do you deliver?
Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, and surrounding Miami-Dade. Send your address on the form and we'll confirm.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries and pickups are scheduled in two windows: mornings 8–11am or evenings 5–8pm. Please book at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day delivery may be possible for a $75 rush fee, depending on availability.
Do I have to empty a water bucket?
No. Every unit has a built-in pump that sends water through a drain hose to a sink, floor drain, or outside, so it can run day and night on its own.
Is there a minimum rental?
Yes, 3 days. Drying a space properly usually takes at least that long.
How is the price calculated?
Units × days × daily rate. 1–2 units are $65 per unit per day. 3 or more units are $50 per unit per day, applied to all units. Same-day delivery adds a $75 rush fee, and 7% Florida sales tax is added to the total.
Do I pay when I submit the form?
No. The form is a request only. We call you to confirm details before anything is scheduled or charged.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. Multi-unit and recurring needs are welcome, and the 3+ unit rate applies.
